Declare as surplus a list of certain real properties owned by the City of Clearwater, approve the transfer of said properties to the City of Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency, and authorize appropriate officials to effectuate the transaction. (APH)

SUMMARY:
On April 22, 2026 notice was given that the City of Clearwater (City) would accept sealed letters of interests (LOIs) beginning on April 22, 2026 until 30 days thereafter ending on May 22, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., Local Time, from persons and groups interested in purchasing the properties bearing the addresses, legal descriptions, and parcel I.D. numbers reflected in the notice.
Staff recommends declaring the properties surplus and transferring them to the City of Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency so the properties can be used for future redevelopment purposes within the Downtown Community Redevelopment Area.
