Adopt Ordinance 9389-20 on second reading, amending Chapter 32, Article V, Division 2, Pretreatment and Discharge Restrictions to specifically prohibit hazardous waste pharmaceuticals to add requirements for dental facilities that remove or replace dental amalgam fillings, to add reporting and waste management practices for dental facilities, to require installation, certification and maintenance of dental vacuum suction systems, and to provide exemptions from these requirements.
