Approve the request from the owner of property addressed 1827 Oak Forest Drive to vacate a portion of a Utility Easement located on the east side of their property and pass Ordinance 9065-17 on first reading. (VAC2017-08)

SUMMARY: 

The property owner has applied to vacate the west 7 feet of a 10-foot utility easement along the east side (rear) of their property. The purpose of this vacation will be to eliminate a future encroachment caused by the installation of a pool and enclosure

All city departments have reviewed this vacation and have no objection.
