City Manager will be permitted to sell back up to ten days of general leave annually. To qualify, City Manager must use at least five days of general leave from January 1 through November 15 of the current payroll calendar year, and immediately after this sell back, the general leave accruals must have a remaining balance of at least 21 days. To be eligible to sell back general leave, City Manager shall not have received any formal discipline (suspension, decision-making leave, or involuntary demotion) during this payroll calendar year.
