SUMMARY:
Shepards hotel had a storage shed used for beach gear destroyed during recent storms. They have applied for permit to construct/install a replacement. Permit application has had plan review comments issued without response. Storage shed is allowable in flood zone. Office/business use in the shed is allowable if the building if flood proofed. They have also applied for a variance. A variance not needed for this installation. FEMA and Code requirements can be met.
