Accept the right-of-way easement request by Pinellas County for bridge and roadway improvements at Old Coachman Road at Alligator Creek Crossing, as located in Clearwater, Florida. (consent)

SUMMARY: 

This easement allows Pinellas County to replace the existing bridge along with associated roadwork and drainage improvements and to relocate a conflicting twelve-inch reclaimed water main as part of a Joint Project Agreement approved by Council on December 2, 2022.

Any disturbed utilities will be returned to their original condition.

City staff have reviewed and approve this request.
