SUMMARY:
On January 8, 2011, a city vehicle struck the vehicle driven by Bernadette Dean. As a result of the collision, Ms. Dean suffered injuries, some of which eventually required surgery. She continues to be treated for her injuries. She has incurred medical bills in excess of $200,000.
Authority is being sought to settle this case for $100,000, in exchange for which the City will receive a full release and the civil action will be dismissed with prejudice.
