SUMMARY:
Lauren Matzke, Planning & Development Director, will provide an update on the drafting and establishment of the North Greenwood Community Redevelopment Area Overlay District within the Community Development Code. The presentation will also outline how the proposed overlay would be applied to the City’s Future Land Use Map and Zoning Atlas. The update will include an overview of anticipated community engagement opportunities planned for the new year.
