On July 16, 2026, there was council consensus for outside counsel to negotiate an employment agreement with Owen Kohler as the City Attorney.
APPROPRIATION CODE AND AMOUNT:
Funding is available in the salaries and wages account for the City Attorney’s Office, funded by revenues from the General Fund.
STRATEGIC PRIORITY:
