Follow-up review of the strategic plan and strategies for budget planning.

SUMMARY:
Per City Council Policy 3-11, Strategic Direction/Planning, prior to the development of the City Manager's budget, the City Council shall meet in a strategic planning session to review the five-year financial forecast and update, as necessary, the City's Vision, Mission, and Strategic Direction.
On February 9, 2026, the City Council convened an initial Strategic Planning Work Session. A subsequent session will be held to review the outcomes of the first meeting and continue discussions on fiscal strategy in alignment with the strategic plan.
