SUMMARY: 

At the August 27th, 2020 DDB meeting, F. Porbeni, board member, requested the Downtown Development Board discuss Pinellas County’s new density and floor area maximums and determine if the DDB should provide a letter of recommendation to the City of Clearwater to adopt the county’s new zoning standards.
