Updates on North Greenwood Land Use and Zoning Project.

SUMMARY:
Staff will provide an overview of the Planned Redevelopment District overlay that is proposed for most of the North Greenwood CRA and next steps.
STRATGIC PRIORITY:
This project establishes a new future land use category (overlay) which incentivizes reinvestment in the North Greenwood CRA for both residential and commercial properties, and thereby supports two of the city’s Strategic Plan priority areas:
•Economic & Housing Opportunity: Foster a prosperous and enduring economy that promotes opportunity for all; and
•Community Well-Being Objective 3.2: Preserve community livability through responsible development standards, proactive code compliance, and targeted revitalization.
