Approve renewal of Legal Services Agreement with Bryant Miller Olive for a one-year period to act as Bond Counsel and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. (consent)

SUMMARY:
The services provided by the bond counsel include providing all necessary legal services required for issuance of City of Clearwater bonds, including rendering a written legal opinion as to the legality of the bonds and the proceedings by which they are issued and the exclusion from gross income for federal income tax purposes of the interest paid on the bonds.
The costs incurred for this service due to bond issuance will be paid from bond proceeds.
