CRA staff will provide a presentation highlighting Clearwater Brewing Company as a success story of the North Greenwood Community Redevelopment Area Commercial Grant Program. Located at 1700 N. Fort Harrison Avenue, Clearwater Brewing Company represents a significant private investment within the redevelopment area and demonstrates the positive impact of public-private partnerships in supporting business growth and property reinvestment.
Through the program, Clearwater Brewing Company, led by business owners Hannah and Rob Menard, received a $75,000 grant to assist with improvements to the property and structure. The improvements enhanced the appearance, functionality, and long-term viability of the site while supporting continued investment within the North Greenwood Community Redevelopment Area.
The presentation will highlight the Menards' commitment to the project, their efficient completion of the approved improvements, and their responsible stewardship of CRA funds throughout the grant process. Since reopening under new ownership, Clearwater Brewing Company has invested in structure upgrades, expanded operations, and established itself as a destination business serving residents and visitors alike.
