Clearwater Marina Walk Sculpture Discussion and Selection

SUMMARY:
The six highest-scoring finalists for the new Marina Walk sculpture on Clearwater Beach were invited to submit proposals. These proposals were reviewed by city staff, the Council, and the board. Four favorites emerged from this initial review. We are now asking the board to select a top three for a second round of proposals and to discuss the current submissions to provide clearer guidance to the artists for the next phase.
